New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law Conference

The University of Auckland Faculty of Law and the New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law (NZCEL) held a conference on property rights and sustainability from 16-18 April 2009 in Auckland, New Zealand.

The conference opened with a public address from Judge Christopher Weeramantry (former Vice President of the International Court of Justice) and featured presentations from a number of prominent scholars and commentators on property rights, sustainability, the environment and resource management.
