Amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) – Submissions
Set out below are the submissions made on behalf of the West Australian division of the National Environmental Law Association (NELA(WA)) regarding the proposed amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) (EP Act). The proposed amendments are detailed in the discussion paper titled ‘Modernising the Environmental Protection Act’ (Discussion Paper) and contained within the Exposure draft Bill Environmental Protection Amendment Bill 2019 (Draft Bill). The feedback received on the Discussion Paper will help inform the final Environmental Protection Amendment Bi l l for the consideration of Parliament.
