2021 National Conference | Session 4 –  Pandemics and national environmental law reform | 24 Sept 4pm-5.30pm AEST

The 2021 NELA National Conference will feature a range of speakers across law, academia, industry and government.It will explore the links between biodiversity and pandemics, legal strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and corporate responsibility and environmental impacts.

Due to Covid-19, this conference will be held virtually but it still offers delegates opportunities to network with a broad range of environmental professionals, while exploring issues relevant to the development of environmental law and policy.The conference will be split over four afternoon online sessions – on 3, 10, 17 and 24 September 2021.

Each session runs from 4-5.30pm AEST.

You have the option of purchasing a ticket for just one session or all four sessions.

Session 1 –  ‘National environmental law accountability and the need for a national Environmental Protection Authority’, plus ‘An IUCN update’
