SUMMARY:Legal and Policy responses to Climate Change
DESCRIPTION:The Piddington Society and National Environmental Law Association are coming together to discuss legal and policy developments in climate change. You will hear from three speakers who will cover the arc of development\, current issues in the area and policy and regulatory responses to climate change.\n\nSpeakers include the Hon Michael Barker QC and Zoe Bush (EDO)\, with another speaker to be announced closer to the event. Mr Barker QC will cover the development of the law in this area over the past 30 years and Ms Bush will speak to current climate change legal issues. The third speaker has significant policy experience related to climate change.\n\nThis event is from 6:00 – 7:00pm AEST and 4:00 – 5:00pm AWST.\n\nTickets available here
