DESCRIPTION:Join us and environmental law experts\, Dr Justine Bell-James (Associate Professor UQ)\, Dave Copeman (Director Queensland Conservation Council) and Madeline Simpson (Partner McCullough Robertson) to hear about the Federal government’s nature positive reforms\, including the recently released Stage 2 legislation\, how the EPA and EIA will impact business and the environment and what we can expect from Stage 3.  \nThis will be an online only event with livestream links distributed prior to the event.  \nMore About the Speakers: \nJustine Bell-James is an Associate Professor at the TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland\, researching and teaching in the areas of environmental and climate change law. Justine is a Director of the National Environmental Law Association (NELA) and represented NELA at the EPBC Act reform stakeholder consultation sessions.   \nMadeline Simpson\, Partner at McCullough Robertson is a leading Queensland environmental lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience.
