As a wave of climate change litigation is sweeping over the world, domestic courts are employing different interpretive approaches towards the Paris Agreement. This webinar will offer a brief overview of some of them.

This webinar will be presented by Klimentina Radkova. Klimentina is a recent LL.M. graduate in Public International Law from the University of Oslo. She is passionate about legal issues concerning climate change, biodiversity, the interaction between environmental law and human rights and has focused her most recent research on the topic of climate change litigation. She has recently written a thesis titled The role of the Paris Agreement in domestic climate change litigation: diverse approaches to multi-level interactions.
