Re-imagining the laws of nature: Samuel Review of the EPBC Act and futures-focused biodiversity law

In November 2020, Dr Michelle Lim presented a webinar on the interim report of the 10-year review if the EPBC Act. This is also known as the Samuel Review. The webinar was one of the first to explore the findings of the final report of the Samuel Review. It did so through the lens of desirable futures and consider how anticipatory capacity might be embedded in law to address the unprecedented interconnected human- nature challenges of the Anthropocene.
