Join NELA  on 16 November 2021 at 4-5PM AEDT (1-2PM AWST) for a webinar on clean energy agreement making on first nations land: what do strong agreements contain? The webinar will be presented by Dr Lily O’Neill.

Dr Lily O’Neill is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research and the Energy Change Institute. She is a lawyer and legal researcher examining agreement making and dispute resolution processes in relation to natural resources, climate change and the energy transition, environmental law and native title. Her work on the Grand Challenge Project ‘Delivering zero-carbon energy to the Asia-Pacific’ examines whether and how First Nations communities can best benefit from renewable energy generation in north-west Australia.
