Judges, general counsel, parliamentarians, leading practitioners, renowned law professors and heads of legal institutes, laureates of the trade and investment law and governance global leadership awards and other distinguished experts will highlight recent trends and innovations in trade and investment, considering how law and governance can accelerate ambition and implementation of their objectives, in the context of the UNFCCC Paris Agreement, and support greener pandemic recovery investments. The roundtable will also explore how trade and investment law and governance research, education and capacity can be increased to contribute to the global Sustainable Development Goals.
